Training exercises are an investment in preparing you, your organisation and your people for future needs. They are also an opportunity to assess how effective your annual training has been. When you have to deal with a real-life incident the media will of course be present.

So does it not make sense that during your training your people experience realistic media input?

However, because of issues around confidentiality you don't want the real media on site.

TRT can provide both realistic media input and a learning experience in total confidentiality.

Our participation in your exercise can help you to get the most from your training.

With over 30 years expertise we can come and participate in your exercise as the media. This adds realism and increased value to your training.

All events will be recorded; your people will experience challenging and realistic media interviews; and, in addition, we'll provide you with footage of how the incident would be reported. Learning for the future is an important part of conducting exercises and that forms an important part of our service. We'll run a "Hot wash-up" of

events on the day, and then a considered follow up with an in depth analysis of how your people performed with the media.
